Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and connection tokens, and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share credentials or tokens in a way that could allow unauthorized access.

Invest Further provides tools for recording or importing trading activity, reviewing historical performance, organizing journal information, identifying patterns, and using analytics and AI-assisted features. Available features and limits may depend on your subscription plan.

Invest Further is a journaling, analytics, and decision-support tool. Invest Further does not execute trades, hold or manage customer funds, operate as a broker, or provide individualized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Analytics, statistics, AI-generated content, and other information provided by the Service are informational tools and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, account activity, and evaluation of information produced by the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing imported, synchronized, extracted, or manually entered data for accuracy. Broker platforms, network conditions, account history, symbol formats, partial closes, third-party changes, and other technical factors can affect synchronization or analytics. The Service does not guarantee that every trade, field, calculation, or data point will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Automated connections are provided for data synchronization and analytics. They are not intended to place, modify, or close trades or move funds.

AI-generated analysis can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. AI output is not financial advice and should not replace your own judgment or independent verification. Usage limits may apply based on your plan.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize the applicable recurring charges when you purchase a subscription.

You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal made available in the Service. Unless the Service or checkout flow expressly states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access to paid features continues until then.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds do not necessarily change the effective date of a separately scheduled subscription cancellation.

You retain your rights in trading data, journal notes, screenshots, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant Invest Further the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, back up, and display that content solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and provide features you request.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and data you provide and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

You may not use the Service to violate law; gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; probe or circumvent security or usage controls; distribute malicious code; misuse another person's account or trading data; or use the Service in a way that materially harms Invest Further, its providers, or other users.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and other materials provided by Invest Further, is owned by or licensed to Invest Further and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

The Service relies on third-party products and infrastructure, which may include payment processors, authentication providers, hosting services, AI providers, broker or trading platforms, and market-data or other data sources. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and Invest Further is not responsible for outages, changes, or acts of third parties outside our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service evolves. We may perform maintenance or take reasonable steps to protect the Service from security, legal, or operational risks. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Invest Further disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invest Further will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from or related to use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, material violation of these Terms, or protection of the Service or other users. Subscription cancellation and account/data deletion are separate actions unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
